In the days preceding the New Year of 2023, a couple notables died: Barbara Walters, and Darth Pope. What makes this interesting you will see those folks are on many lists this year. This is because I got the lists about a week ago. What does this mean for points? If you put down one of the aforementioned people above on your list for 2023, you do NOT get points. However, we have a contingency built in just for this – the alternate. You’ll see most lists have 10 names listed, and then an alternate. That alternate slot covers any celeb who dies between submission and publication of the list.
